Bowen Hills

Inspired by the panache and lifestyle of New York, construction of The Chelsea Bowen Hills comprises 194 apartments across two separate towers, linked by communal recreation areas.

The project is surrounded by landmarks like the RNA Showgrounds and the old Queensland Museum, and has access to a range of new and planned transport infrastructure including Bowen Hills train station and the Clem7 tunnel.

Construction is now underway with all apartments now sold off the plan.

The Chelsea is a joint venture project between Pearls and David Devine’s Metro Property Development.
